1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when:
- Items are unworn, undamaged and in original condition
- All original packaging and certificates are included
- Security tags remain intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
- Items with removed security tags
3. Return Process
- Request authorization at USADesignerJewelry.com/returns
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all documentation
- Ship with insured, trackable service
4. Refund Processing
- Allow 7-10 business days after we receive return
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
5. Exchanges
For size adjustments:
- Return original item following standard process
- Place new order for correct size
- Email us for price protection
6. Damaged/Defective Items
If item arrives flawed:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide detailed photos
- We’ll arrange prepaid return shipping
7. International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- Declare as “Returned Jewelry” on customs forms
- Refund excludes original duties/taxes
